The temple is situated in Thalavady  of the Kuttanadu taluks in the Alappuzha district of Kerala,India

The temple is situated in Thekke (south)Thalavady the border of  Alappuzha Districts and Pathanamthitta districts

It is on the side of Edathua –Alamthuruthy Road ,Just 2 Km from Edathua  and 13 Km from Tiruvalla

The famous rivers of Manimala flow on north side of the temple.

•   13 kms from Thiruvalla KSRTC  bus Station  and just 2 kms from the Edathuas  in the Edathua  – Parathode –Alamthuruthy  route.  KSRTC buses ply every minute in the  Thiruvalla –Alappuzha  route upto late night 
• From Thiruvalla one can reach here in 20 minutes drive by car, KSRTC buses ply  from Thiruvalla to Edathua,(Via )Parathode . KSRTC buses ply limited trip  from Thiruvalla to Edathua,Via Parathode .
