AGREEMENT FOR UPLIFTING AND LEVELING SUBRAMANNIA TEMPLE AND YOGISWARA TEMPLE OWNED BY SNDP YOGAM SAKHA NO 11 THALAVADY,ALAPPUZHA  ,KERALA

Agreement entered into between the person mentioned as Party  No 1 and mentioned as Party  No 2 as below

Belonging to Mamchand and Sons,Contractors Holding the World Record  of up lifting and shifting on building, Patent No.219053 granted by the Government off India with Registration No.207 of 2008-09

The Party No1 and Party No 2 mentioned above. Agree to the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1.       Party No 1 agree to up lifting and leveling the two building (Subramannia temple & Yogiswara temple) mentioned in the address of the Party No 2

2.       Party No2 will be paying  the Party No1 a sum of Rupees one lakh and fifty thousand (Rs.150000) for labour charge for completed work.

3.       The Payment will be made as per the following.

 (a ) Party No 1 Received  Rupees  seventy five thousand (Rs75000) from Party No 2  as advance amount  schedule to 10% date  booking time and 40% at the time of agreement before starting  of the work

( b) The remaining amount  will be paying after finishing the work and fulfillment of the condition

4.       Party no 1 agree to complete the lifting and leveling in 30 days from the date of starting of work.

5.       All responsibilities relating to the lifting in terms of building or labour loss will be  borne by the party No.1

6.       Since the methodology to be adopted by party No 1 has been patented in his favour by the Government of India,Party No.1 reserves the right of prohibiting the presence of any other person other than those belonging to Party No.1 in the vicinity of the process area.

7.       All the raw materials required at the site will be made available by the party No 2.

8.       Party No 2 will be responsible for the accommodation only for staying the team belonging to Party No 1 in the near place at open stage.

9.       The expenses relating to electricity and water for the work will be borne by Party No 2

10.   Both parties hereby agree to all the above terms and condition. If any Party violates any of the above conditions the aggrieved party is at liberty to take recourse to any legal action for mitigation of his loss.
